It’s an online conference video call between the agent, the client (mostly with special needs), and our office (interpreter), virtually meeting through a teleconferencing platform (for example, a multilingual meeting through Zoom). How we do it:

• B – Provide us with the language and the date and time of your request.
• C – We will send you a contact link or you send us the link for the date you are requesting and the interpreter will be there on time.
